With over 15 years in Connecticut real estate — spanning single-family homes, multi-unit buildings, commercial properties, and condo association management — Jaison brings owner-level accountability to every property he manages. He oversees all aspects of PMI Landstar's operations, from leasing and compliance to financial reporting and long-term asset strategy. Before turning his full focus to real estate, Jaison built his foundation in financial services and technology — disciplines that shape how he runs his portfolio today: analytically, with an investor's eye for cost and risk. Christopher Chazhur is the operational lead and business development manager for PMI Landstar. He manages leasing and day-to-day operations across the company's full portfolio — from marketing vacancies and screening tenants to coordinating maintenance and keeping owners informed — and serves as the primary point of contact for property owners. Growing up in a family with 15+ years of hands-on real estate ownership in Fairfield County, Christopher developed a practical, investor-focused mindset early. He understands that owners measure success in cash flow, occupancy, and asset condition — and he runs his operations accordingly. Christopher is a licensed Connecticut real estate agent and with a background in finance and sales he brings a direct, results-driven approach to every owner relationship. His communication style and proactive problem-solving consistently earn him the trust of owners who've worked with other management companies before — and know the difference.
